I am on the mailing list for Fresh Market, so when I saw their "Tips & Ideas for the Perfect Salad " I was there! I think I want to try each one, but given my present state of "slap dash" cookery I would realistically just choose one at a time.... but which one? Gorgonzola Pear Salad sounds like a primary candidate, or possibly Strawberry Spinach Salad. Doesn't this sound like the ideal Sunday repast? If you must have more, some grilled meat as a side dish.

Improving our menus and my inspiration as head cook around here in a goal I have. It just seems to get lost in the crush of other things that have to be done, especially in the spring season. When I see delightful recipes like these, though, it starts to get the creative juices flowing and the stirs up my  enthusiasm. that's why I wanted to share these finds with my readers.
